變壓器/電機投退涌流及過電壓抑制應用場景
變(bian)壓器在(zai)空載投入時產生勵磁涌流對(dui)設備(bei)損害巨大,且在(zai)投退(tui)時產生的操(cao)作(zuo)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓會對(dui)設備(bei)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)造(zao)成(cheng)較大破壞(huai);電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)在(zai)退(tui)出(chu)時也會產生極大的操(cao)作(zuo)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,破壞(huai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)絕緣(yuan)(yuan),故此兩(liang)種(zhong)設備(bei)投退(tui)時頻發安全事(shi)故。針對(dui)新建、改建、擴(kuo)建項目合閘涌流及(ji)操(cao)作(zuo)過(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓問題,可在(zai)變(bian)壓器電(dian)(dian)(dian)源側安裝Spark- T裝置,在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)前端安裝Spark-B裝置,如下圖(tu)。
利用(yong)Spark-T裝(zhuang)置可有(you)(you)效抑(yi)制變壓(ya)器(qi)空載合閘(zha)涌(yong)流及操作過電壓(ya),利用(yong)Spark-B裝(zhuang)置可有(you)(you)效抑(yi)制電動機的操作過電壓(ya),利用(yong)兩(liang)種裝(zhuang)置可以極大提(ti)高設備的安(an)全性、穩定(ding)性。
